The one-off/ focused consultations are beneficial for when you are not ready to commit to ongoing work; if you are feeling stuck but you are not sure why; if you are not sure what you need; and for when you are exploring options and want to understand whether therapy might be able to help.

There’s no commitment beyond the one-off consultation, no pressure, and no assumptions. The 80-mins are aimed at providing clarity and actionable strategies.

The 80mins consultation is broken down as follows: Part 1, 40 minutes session. 10mins break for reflection and processing. Part 2, 30 minutes session.

All sessions and consultations draw upon my years of clinical experience conducting psychological assessments across the NHS, university, drug and alcohol services and workplace programmes. I apply the same structured, grounded approach—offering insight & support, helping you move towards life with clarity.

Rewind Trauma Therapy

20 minutes (Initial appointment) – £0 Free of Charge – during this session we will complete a brief assessment to see if Rewind is appropriate for you, we will then book your first session for a later date.

Subsequent appointments:

up to 60 minutes – Rewind Trauma Therapy – £80

Rewind Trauma Therapy can be effective within 1-3 sessions.
